Easy Grilled Fruit Recipes Perfect For Any Day

Vegetables have been known as character's dessert. They are healthy, adds colour to some menu and first and foremost, yummy! Like anything else cooked on the grill, fruits become more succulent and yummy when smoked. So next time you have a cookout, try out a healthier sweet dessert - create one or more one of these simple grilled fruit !

Cherry and Peach Pleasure with Honey-Cinnamon Syrup
Everything you want:
3 peaches, pit lost and chopped into balls
1 3/4 cups cherries, pits and stalks removed subsequently halved
1/4 cup honey
1 1/2 tsp butter
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Vanilla ice cream
Put aside. Thread peaches and cherries onto skewers then cook on a skillet over medium high heat until fruits are tender, approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Once ready, remove fruits from skewers to a bowl. Pour honey-cinnamon syrup more than fruits and stir to coat fruits . Spoon fruit mixture over a spoonful of vanilla ice cream.

Everything you want:
Thread the cubes of cantaloupe, carrot and pineapple alternately onto skewers. Cook a skillet over moderate heat for 3 to 4 minutes each side. When prepared, allow to cool for a couple of minutes then remove from skewers. Put grilled fruit onto a serving dish then drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with a small bit of salt if needed.
Everything you want:
1 tbsp, cored and chopped approximately 8 tbsp
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup dark rum
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Place pineapple rings in a huge dish then pour rum mix over it. Toss to coat fruit . Allow to boil for 15 to 20 minutes. When prepared, cook pineapples onto a skillet over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes each side or only until grill marks appear. Heat during the surplus rum mix in a small saucepan until reduced in half. To serve, drizzle rum sauce on grilled pineapples. Top with a spoonful of ice cream if desired.
